Over weight issues
Hi, My height is 5.2 feet and weight is 64kg. I have done tests like thyroid, glucose. All reports are fine. I feel this overweight is the cause for pain in my heels and ankle. Once I sit , it is painful for me to stand straight and walk. It takes 5-10 mins to normalize the pain. The pain on heels is not continuous, I feel the pain only when i walk and stand after minutes of sitting. I had vitamin-D test also. For 3 months I took the medicine for vitamin D deficiency as suggested by doctor but that also could not give relief to me. Please suggest.
