Get your bmi done that will show you clear picture . If you have more muscles then weight is not an issue if there is more of fat then take good diet n loose sm kgs , consult directly for proper guidance and help

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals .Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

According to ur height and age ur wt should be 72-75 kg. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water,At least 8-12glasess per day. .

It is not a question of ideal weight. It is how much fat do you have in your body especially abdomen. If you are heavy bone & very muscular, this weight is not a problem. Your requirements need your proper body analysis, knowing your diet & exercise pattern . So, as per me you are required to consult in person. As of now., on an average you ness to loose at least 8 Kgs of Fat
