Over weight by 30kg
Hello, I am an office professional, minimum sitting hours is 10-11 per day. I am over weight by almost 30 kg. Due to 24*7 working schedule I don't have any fix routine for my food or sleep. Please help me reduce some, I need that to plan my family.

Eat plenty of vegetables,fruitsandraw greengram sprouts everyday.Substitute tice,wheat with millets as staple food . Avoid fastfoods,maidafoods,bakeryfoods,oily spicy foods,nonveg,preserved foods. While eating if you reduce weight that will be permanent. Nutritious, low carbo , high protein and reasonable fat diet is advisable.
