I think very much and assume many situations which may occur and gettin feared. This over thinking is disturbing me in my daily life. I am not able to concentrate at any thing at a time. Especially in my health condition i getting disturb. I am fearing that something is happening to me and getting disturb. Pls help me to come out of this situation.

Start having a positive statement that will help you to be in present. It can be watever will happen I will face let me concentrate in present for now. Or any other statements that you can use repeatedly to divert your thought.
