Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough for you. Over thinking is a way for your mind to tell you that there is something it is holding on to emotionally. There might be some incident in the past which is causing the mind to worry about something. It also looks like the worry is coming because you feel emotionally invested in this whole incident. We will have to create a safe space for you to recover this incident from your subconscious and then in the trance we have to release the related emotions. Once the emotions are released you will feel lighter and peaceful and then the over thinking will subside as well. You’re doing fine. Stay!!

Hi,
Hypnotherapy will help you to slow down the speed of thoughts and eventually manage it by your own. Its like mind training/ programming to be in control.
As You mentioned you recently got this habit, so factors (past, stress, Memories) contributing to it also will be ruled out from subconscious mind.
Mindfulness therapy will help you to live in present satisfactorily.
Seeking help at earliest will help you to lead life being in charge, where waiting for things to change increases our suffering.
Thank You and Take care
