What is your occupation? Your weight? You need to get serum calcium levels checked. Your pains points do not fully describe it to be OA. I believe most of the case can be improved remarkably. Knees may remain a cause of concern. You have to exercise regularly. You can consult us telephonically at a very minimal cost of regular treatment.

hi ! osteoarthritis is one of the major diseases which is affecting even in the middle age group now a days, due to major causes like busy life style, obesity, irregular diet and improper sleep, where by whole mechanism of the body is disturbed which results in calcium disintegration which is major constituent of bone, due to which the bones in the jts get affected and start giving pain on strain and stress, because jts are the junctions where whole body is being supported. esp in obese person ts more troubling as their wt bearing makes them vulnerable to it. it can definitely be cured completely with homoeopathy provided there r no complications like htn (hypertension) and dm(diabetes).
Next Steps
meet a good homoeopath in ur vicinity and discuss the troubles with ur doctor.
Health Tips
u didnt mention whether u r having any other conditions like htn or dm or obesity, if there r any such other conditions with which u r suffering, u need to put them under control with proper medication,, most important is if u r obese, u need to bring down ur weight gradually only then u can completely be cured.
