Oral sore on inner lip painful since 3 d
I have been suffering from painful oral sore (photo attached) what's it's cause...is this herpes.. should I go for testing...i had previous episode before . I am under stress since I am having exams ... please help ... it's so painful and hard ...yellow crusts come out ...my lips are dry , chapped as well ...is it due to bite since I am stressed... should I go for eeg ..

This is aphthous ulcer..
May be stress induced..
Apply kenacort ointment over ulcer three times daily after food
