Looking like herpes simplex. Can be transmitted from person to person via close contact. Acyclovir ointment can be applied. Don't apply toothpaste and all, it's of no use. Need proper history and examination for accurate diagnosis.

It appears like a cold sore caused by herpes simplex virus.Dont apply toothpaste.you can apply antiviral cream like acyclovir cream 3 times a day for few days.It takes about a week to resolve.Cold sores spread from person to person by close contact.Avoid sharing items ,skin contact with people while blisters are present.Keep your hands clean.
