Hey, Doctor.. I would like to know about optimum brain and mental health care, as I m a student so I don't feel enough energy in my body, mind and brain to concentrate on my studies for Longer periods of time as other students have it easily to study for long 10-12 hours continuously. Can u suggest some tips or medications to help me out this problem.

Eat soaked almonds and walnuts in addition to exercise and yoga.
Do not take stress. Get a couple of shorodhara sessions done from a good Ayurvedic clinic in your area.
