In this pandemic, symptoms like fever should not be ignored and covid infection should be ruled by getting urself tested. Please do get tested. Fever is just a symptom and your temperature going down is not a sign of any infection or virus not being in your body, your symptoms might have gone down but if the virus is there it can infect people around you like your family, so get yourself tested if not for yourself, atleast for your family and people around you. Maintain hygiene and hydration, and wear mask and for any further queries  consult me privately here on practo.
Next Steps
Get a covid test done.
Health Tips
wear double surgical mask and remain in isolation till test results comes negative.

It’s one day duration, wait for starting antibiotics. Do continue with paracetamol, take plenty of fluids. Watch for other associated symptoms. If symptoms persists or getting worse consult doctor.
