I am suffering from OCD and Anxiety. Unable to focus on my goals. So much negative thoughts comes in my mind. Image disorders, sometimes feel too much guilty. Becoming emotionless. I am trying to control my mind. But things are getting hard. I am not able to perform well professional and personal.
