I am a patient of ocd for last two and half years and it is coming in my mind again and again that i was playing with a girl in childhood and both of us were naked and it is striking in my mind that due to that i will not able to understand whatever i read so such kind of childhood act really cause problems like whatever i read i will not able to understand it

If you have been diagnosed with OCD by a psychiatrist then yes these symptoms suggestive of OCD which can be treated with proper medication and psychotherapy. You need to stick with treatment suggested by your psychiatrist as he must have evaluated you before making diagnosis. All the best
