-Consume foods containing good amount of complex carbohydrates, protein , good fats and fibre like oats, quinoa, millets, pulses, dals, nuts, eggs, lean chicken, curd, paneer, fresh fruits, and vegetables.
-Avoid high-calorie, salty, fried, bakery, and processed food.
-Control your food proportions by filling half plate with vegetables, one quarter with proteins, one quarter with whole grains.
-Exercise regularly, begin with brisk walking for 20 minutes daily; gradually increase to 45 minutes/day.
-Consume 2- 2.5litres of water / day and try to get 7–8 hours of sleep daily for better health.
