include lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grain cereals, whole pulses, legumes, fermented foods, germinated sprouts, high fiber diet, plenty of drinking water, lukewarm water on empty stomach without sugar or honey on empty stomach followed by a 45 mins brisk walking daily to be done without fail is very effective in weight loss..
