I am very thin. Whatever I eat, nothing is added in my body. My weight is 37 kg. How can I put on my weight?

very good morning.
adopt healthy life style.
avoid junk and oily foods.
start doing exercise.
eat milkshakes in morning.
have eggs daily.
consume mutton in form of grilled / roasted / baked.
don't take stress.
sleep for 8 hours.
Have a fit life!
