hi. very good morning. adopt healthy life style. avoid junk and oily foods. start doing exercise. eat milkshakes in morning. have eggs daily. consume mutton in form of grilled / roasted / baked. don't take stress. sleep for 8 hours. Have a fit life! stay healthy, stay smart!
