Hi
Children should gain weight as it's period of rapid growth.
Try giving him cereals in new new recipes. Make meal time enjoyable. He should be eating cereals, milk, milk products, curds, custard, root vegetables, banana, apples, all seasonal fruits that will help him relieve constipation. Give him more liquids, fresh fruit purees, or whole fruits.
Contact directly to overcome your worries regarding your child's health.
Thanks
Don't worry..

Make sure u give him more liquid like water and buttermilk or curd.
He is absolutely fine... We never he repeat word again and again... It's okay u b patient and listen to him
The more u will listen to him
