Vit B12 level is one factor. Please also get Vit D 3 and blood sugar level.
You should take Multivitamin capsules and Vit D3 60000 sachet or tablet , once a week for 12 weeks.
You should do some exercises which involve movements of all limbs of the body especially small joints of hands and feet. Look after your hydration and take adequate amount of juicy fruits and fresh vegetables.
