You need to under go an X-ray of cervical spine...to rule out any disc space reduction... you must go for some test like vitamin b 12 , calcium , vitamin d & iron ...if they are deficient in your body u need to take supplements....after that kindly consult a physiotherapist for further tx or an Orthopedic for an opinion...
