Weakness in left hand
I've been feeling weakness in my left hand. I couldn't lift weight and it starts paining or shivering on my wrist if i hold any weight for longer. sometimes i get numbness in either of the hands. But i dont have that problem with my right hand.

Hi Looks like you have some cervical spine issue. You can visit a physiotherapist and get a treatment which will fix the radiating pain on your arm Physios can also guide you on exercises to prevent this pain from recurring
