Based on your history it is cervical spondylosis with c7 radiculopathy right side..
Advise x ray c spine Ap lateral..
Anti inflammatory medication
Regular c spine exercises
Neck Exercises.
Neck Stretching.
Postural Correction.
Shoulder Shrugs .
Core Strengthening Exercises.
Take frequent Breaks at work
Use cervical pillow.
As per my experience and your complain you have cervical spodylosis or sevier trapezius muscle spasm .please go and consult your nearest ortho or Physio clinic.

also use tapping taknique
In my opinion u are suffering from cervical radiculopathy...u must go for few blood test... like vitamin d vitamin b 12 calcium... values of which will be deranged for that u need to take supplement medications... along with this u need to take physiotherapy sessions ift / US / hot pack to reduce pain and numbness...take care get well soon
