From past 3months I have been experiencing tingling and numbness in hands and legs I checked my b12 levels they are normal and blood sugar also normal and my ncv test is also normal but I have a calcium and d3 deficiency is calcium deficiency cause numbness and tingling and sometimes burning feeling in body pls tell me

Tingling and numbness may also be the earliest signs of nerves irritation due to disc friction in cervical and lumbar levels. Get your vertebral scans done to look for evidence of this possibility. Consult with an ortho or neuro surgeon.
