NT/NB and Dual Mark Low risk but triple
Hello Dr.  My wife(age 37) is 13 week 4 days pregnant(IVF) her dual marker test result is low risk. T21 age risk 1/130, T21 1/1291 T18/13 is 1/27491. Dual marker test taken on 12 week. On 13 week 1 we again go and do not/NB Scan and Triple Marker test because dual marker test was late. In Triple market test Biochemistry results AFP 10 ng/ml(mom 0.35) , uE3 0.37 ng/ml(mom 0.70) and hCG 111827 MiU/m (mom 1.40). In Triple market test report it says Down Syndrome (Age)is possative 1:9. So what need to do next?
