I am not gaining weight even after eating a lot and my face looks saggy and dull and long and not circular , my hands and legs are so thin , it is effecting my self esteem and making me less confident, moreover i have bow legs , my neck is little bit longer and i feel tired all the time , my CBC test is normal but i have some allergies and have shortness of breath all the time like air stucks and not able to come out of neck , doctor suggested me immunotherapy shots
