I believe that you might be in touch with your therapist, as you told that you have been dealing with long term anxiety  problem.  The therapist  should be able to help you with recent symptoms of feeling depressed and lack of motivation.  For long therapist anxiety issue,  I would suggest you to give a try with holistic approaches, art therapy, dance movement therapy . This found to be more relaxing and heaped people with long therm anxiety problem.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you've been feeling unwell. May I ask if you've officially been diagnosed with a depressive episode, and may I also ask you to elaborate on your symptoms to provide better support to you.
Next Steps
Seek a well qualified, experienced psychotherapist- Preferably start with talk therapy and short term CBT. Start and stick to one session per week initially (you may take an additional session every once in a while in cases of SOS)
Health Tips
Work on your chronic anxiety before trying to tackle the depressive symtoms, the symptoms of depression will subside with that itself as anxiety of any form is higher on hierarchy when it comes to treatment for mental health issues

Hello
Next Steps
As soon as you can please seek help from a psychologist in person or online whatever you are comfortable with. Gentle reminder please do not hesitate to seek help and reach out for support.
Health Tips
It's very obvious that we panic in situations like these but I request you to kindly seek professional help as soon as possible so that the psychologist and you can plan out further treatment plans. Please take care of your food and water intake, which might also be getting ignored as you are going through your lows. To fight the battles of life one must be taking care of sleep and food and water intake first. A quick tip here would be to take full deep belly breaths while closing your eyes concentrating on breathing and counting in mind. Count up to 15 deep breaths each time you do this technique. Repeat every hour or two, especially before sleeping. Get well soon!!!

Hi... If you are suffering from severe anxiety from past 9 years, perhaps you must now consult a Psychiatrist and take appropriate treatment. Typically, a combination of medication and psychotherapy works best in such cases but it is not always necessary to depend on medications for long. Please be open to your own treatment and recovery, nothing else will help much. Lot of people avoid medications even while suffering from severe health issues, and there are a lot of people who are okay popping a pill for any mild discomfort. This is only a behavior pattern which can be changed. We don't have a choice in falling sick or developing an illness but we do have a choice in taking precautions and appropriate treatment when necessary.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.

It's important to reach out to a mental health professional who can provide support and guidance. They can help you explore the underlying causes of your depression and anxiety and work with you to develop a suitable treatment plan. If you're not currently on medication, they can discuss whether it might be a helpful option for you. Additionally, talking to friends, family, or a support network can provide emotional support.
