No need to worry mam...in average the approximate eruption period will be 6 months and delay in 6 to 8 months will be normal...wait for another 3 more months...
If the same problem persists then consult with the dentists afterwards

It is not at all serious. Relax. If needed u can show to a pediatric dentist for examination of eruptive signs if any. Some patients get teeth by 14 months also.

The age at which babies first tooth erupts varies
Some babies are born with tooth or some still have gummy smile till they are 12 months
So on your case your baby is taking his time
