Dear Ma'am, I understand your husband visits the washroom frequently thinking he wants to pee but does he actually pee or not? Does he complain of any burning sensation or itching sensation or any other issue while peeing? Please check this out and communicate it to the doctor and rule out the medical issues before getting psychological help. With Regards, Dr.Nisha James

Hi, it looks like your husband could have Nocturia. You can consult a doctor and explain about your husbands condition. You can also consult a psychologist as well. A psychologist will identify if your husband has anxiety issues that is causing insufficient sleep at night.
Next Steps
Consult a doctor and psychologist.

Hi... Frequent urination can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease like drinking large amounts of liquid, caffeine intake, or anxiety. It can also be caused by some diseases like diabetes, UTI's, Overactive Bladder, etc.
Next Steps
Consult a doctor (Physician) first and then a Psychologist
