Not able to concentrate
SIr, how to stop thinking negatively and I always had a fear that something will happen worst to me.This made me to not qualifying in JEE MAINS and i came to this recently .If i had negative thought ,that makes me not to concentrate on any thing even sleeping,eating food etc especially on my studies.I had a confidence on me but i am una ble to do so .SIR PLEASE HELP ME IAM IN MY IMPORTANT PHASE OF MY CAREER.

Hello, I can understand what you are going through. These all are part and parcel of preparation. More you will think about it, more you will be worried. Don't make it a vicious circle. Start preparing smartly. Utilize the time to study when you are at best frame of mind. Vent your feelings regularly, discuss with your friends or family. Everyone is travelling through the same boat. Remember this is just a exam and it will pass similarly to so many exams you have given in your life. Getting selected or not is not in your hand. Give it your best shot. Do what you love. You need more of quality time to study rather than quantity here. For any help you can contact me. Also learn few techniques about diverting your mind when required. Best wishes.
