Not able to conceive
Hi sir/mam,
Iam married since 2years and Iam diagonised with pcos not able to conceive the time that I expect iam ovulating if I check it's predicted as not ...can some
One please suggest onthis ...usually my periods is regular on 16th of every month but this month it didn't as checked with kit not conceive too

The only treatment of pcos is to exercise and maintain a healthy body mass index
If you are not ovaluting
you can take a medicine to help induce ovulation

Hi ,
I understand PCOS can hamper your pregnancy plans.
I would suggest getting a proper evaluation done with a Gynecologist.
A good lifestyle does add value and increase the chances of fertility.

Since you have already missed the periods ,you can wait for periods a week more and repeat the test for pregnancy .

It's better to get a basic evaluation for both you and your husband.
Usually ovulation is better monitored by an ultrasound called folliculometry. I suggest you do that to ensure ovulation is happening.

Wait for 1 week .. if no periods then again check for pregnancy.. sometimes it is a delayed conception in cases of pcos
