Nose block is a common symptom during pregnancy. Keep a pillow under head while sleeping and lie on one of your sides. Take steam inhalation daily and put nasivion nose drops three drops in each nostril before sleeping only if nose block is severe. Avoid spicy and citrus food at dinner.
