Check your blood pressure levels (if high right now )try to bring it down by medications
Monitor your blood pressure levels for 5 days morning and evening
For nose bleeding botroclot nasal drop 2 drops bd for 3 days
Any nasal decongestant (eg xyloflo nd )2 drops bd for 5 days
Mupirest ointment apply locally bd for 5 days
