It doesn't appear like fresh blood ,rather clotted blood. In extreme winter condition nasal cavity dries and results in bleeding.Use olive oil or coconut oil , apply locally .You can also apply bactroban nasal ointment if available in your area.

Hi, epistaxis (nose bleed) is a not an infrequent issue. For this age the causes are usually not dangerous. Looking at the image you uploaded it appears to be a clotted blood rather than a fresh bleed. However, a little more information regarding the amount, frequency and duration of symptoms and other related medical history can aid in proper assesment and it's resolution. You may contact for further discussion.
Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation.
Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
