Hi, Ideal body weight for your height is 60-62 Kgs. However if your bone weight is more then even 65 Kgs is acceptable. Your BMI is 24 Kg/m2 as per your given data. Fat and BMI values are incorrect. You just need to lose 3-4 Kgs of fat and tone your body. Maintain a well balanced diet and physical activity for further results. Workout once a day but of high intensity for 50-60 mins.
Sometimes our body gets use to of the same pattern what we are eating. As your bmi is normal. So you can take diet as on the basis of your constitution and blood group that will help you more now. A metabolism jerk will help you more instead of same pattern
Instead of losing weight try to maintain your weight. Try to improve muscle strength and make sure you hydrated well.
A diet high in protein and fiber will help you to maintain it.
