No gestational sac at 5 weeks
Hi Dr I am trying for my second baby and found out i am pregnant when tested at home  From pst one day i am having brown discharge So went to hospital and did TVS scan and found no sac is found but my hcg value is 1834 in blood test. Doctor gave me puase tablet and duphaston for a week. I am having more string like discharge todsy as well I am worried now pls help me if  this gonna end as miscarriage ?

When was the bhcg test done? If it is more than 48 hrs ,repeat the test .Seek care if you have any symptoms of abdominal pain,heavy bleeding

Do another  Beta HCG after  48 hrs from the previous one, while  following  instructions  given by your doctor. If it is  becoming  doubled,Pregnancy  continuing.Do a scan after 10 days

Do a repeat ultrasound scan after a gap of 10 Days. If still no sac is seen you should consult your Gynaecologist again.
