No Bowel movement more than 3 days every time... even after 3 days I have it will not be the satisfactory one.. stomach pain every time... not sure if it was constipation or not... plz help.. suffering from 1 year.. awaiting your response..

High fiber diet is advisable. Take lot of fresh fruits,green leafy vegetables,oats,museli etc.
Take syrup cremaffin 2tbs at night for 5 days.
Laxatives are not suggested for longterm use.
Get a thyroid profile and serum potassium levels done.
