Baby movement
I still do not know the baby's movement ... at 19 weeks .. I have a good weight .. Is that so ??  Good fear..1 st is pregnant

Usually by 18-20 weeks 1st time preg mother start feeling baby movements. And these are initial movements which can be missed Sometimes due to obesity . Anyway your next USG scan is coming in next 1-2 week. Just get it done : it will clear all your doubts about baby .
Next Steps
must follow up for ANC CARE . specially at least 2 ANC care should be done in last 3 months .

Hi dear yes due to your weight u might not be able to perceive the movements. Hope you are having your regular checkups.
Next Steps
You must be due for scan next week right? Try going for walks n maintain healthy weight of baby n yourself too.
Health Tips
Increase your intake of water. Consume lots of fresh fruits and raw vegetables as in salads. Avoid oily, fatty, spicy, fast food and processed food too.

Nothing to panic still time is there to feel movements... You can talk to your gynaecologist regarding this ok.
