Mild Free fluid in between bowel loops
Hello doc. I have pain in my abdomen for 3 days Like cramps and stable in my lower right side there i press i have feel very painful In 6 month earlier i got appendix open Sergury And all is good but 3 days before i have started pain I'm see a doctor whos suggest me usg and i have ultrasound report showing "mild free fluid in between bowel loops" So it's dengours situation please advise me It is critical situation ? Please advise me I'm very scared How i can do please suggest me. Thank you  please find attached my report details

It can be due to infection.. consult the same doctor.. he will give medications to improve the condition.. don't panic.
