Piles pain after bowel mo
My husband is having temporary pain after passing stool. He is a patient of constipation for a long time. Now whenever he keeps on sitting for long hours he also gets this pain. His mom has a piles history too. There was no blood in d stool as far as he could observe. There is a slight irritation but no itching.

Hello.. Well your husband might be suffering from hemorrhoids or fissure in ano...I would suggest you to alter your food habits .include more of green leafy vegetables, fruits,fibre..you need to drink atleast 3-4 litres of water in a day...try to avoid straining while stools as much as possible as it agrrevates it..you can as well do sitz bath thrice a day...you may use lox 2% jelly for pain..consult a gen surgeon at the earliest
