When I wake up in the morning, I feel like I have to sleep more and after the bowel movement I feel dizziness, nauseous and pain on the left side of my chest, and it's been 1.5 years that these problems have been persistent. All the vitamins, minerals, thyroid, ACTH, Cortisol, CBC, Lipid came out to be in range in my blood test. I don't know what health condition is causing me these problems.
