My baby is 10 days old. He is on my feed, but my nipples are paining a lot and making breast feeding very painful for me. Kindly help

If breast tenderness and hardness is there u have to do hot fomentation with warm cloth and express milk untill breast gets soft otherwise if only nipple tenderness u can use nipcare ointment for nippl crack if any for further queries consult online
