Iam doing night shifts so wat type of precautions should take and food habits and iam going for gym every evening is it ok.

Hello there..... Avoid or limit caffeine and alcohol and don't use nicotine. All of these can make it harder to sleep in daytime.... Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends...... Get regular exercise. Moderate, regular exercise before bedtime.... You can continue your gym.....
