Sir... I thought a lot that I am not aware of anything... I could not sleep at night... Or if I came to the morning, I would be worried... I would have to answer with a sigh at night... to go far. Now…then think about it… Whose food will bring change in my life too… Bhuk na Igna. I don't feel like eating at all... I feel like if I don't have food then I have to go... I don't like meeting friends, I don't get good things from my family... I always stay in my room. .. Main ... I want to talk to people but when someone comes in front of me I don't understand what I say... Negative thoughts come.. Think about driving a bike, think about increasing the speed... Think about where to go, think... What can I do?..in the morning I have not been able to find even a single positive thought!
