Sir... I thought a lot that I am not aware of anything... I could not sleep at night... Or if I came to the morning, I would be worried... I would have to answer with a sigh at night... to go far. Now...then think about it... Whose food will bring change in my life too... Bhuk na Igna. I don't feel like eating at all... I feel like if I don't have food then I have to go... I don't like meeting friends, I don't get good things from my family... I always stay in my room... Main ... I want to talk to people but when someone comes in front of me I don't understand what I say... Negative thoughts come.. Think about driving a bike, think about increasing the speed... Think about where to go, think... What can I do?..in the morning I have not been able to find even a single positive thought!

Seems like you are depressive alone energy you don’t have to find a positive thought. You just have to think positive whenever you get a negative thought because everything is replaceable so you know you choose your thoughts you choose your life you choose how you want to react to your negative thoughts maybe you can take a few CBT sessions and get better. All the best.
