Hi Thanks for reaching out. It seems like she is going through something. She can consult a psychologist and talk about what is bothering her. With a psychologist she can talk about the kind of relationship she has with her parents and family and she can also talk about her school environment. She might be going through a phase or there could be something that is bothering her. She needs a calm therapeutic atmosphere where she can talk to someone who can listen to her and help her feel better.

Hi, It sounds like she is in a very distressed state, and it’s important to take her feelings seriously. Experiencing thoughts of suicide or harming others suggests she may be struggling with significant emotional pain and may need immediate support. The incident during the Delhi trip, where she broke down while watching a show, indicates that she might be feeling overwhelmed and may not know how to express her emotions. It's crucial for her to talk to a mental health professional who can provide a safe space to explore these feelings and develop coping strategies. Encourage her to reach out to a trusted adult or a counselor who can help her navigate these thoughts and feelings. Support from family and friends is also important, but professional guidance can offer the targeted help she needs during this difficult time.
