Negative thoughts
I am addicted to create negative thoughts, like panic of fatal disease e. g. Cancer aids. After check up its ok. But I think Doctor may not check which shud be chkd. and then start taking tension. This may be illness case or panic of some thing else like family, Job I become afraid of negative thoughts which makes me completely uncomfortable some times heart beats shoots up, getting sweat, Starts pain in back and chest. It has became a habit to find negative impact of every situation. Pls suggest me the proper path for treatment.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
