Negative focus issue
I dont know whats happening, like while doing something if mind start focusing on unnecssary thing and she got feel anxious by thinking that why its happening. Example- like while having bath, if mind starts focusing on, what temprature, heartrate, etc feels like during bath although does not want to pay attention to them, so feel anxious and restless that why it is happening. Its not health anxiety, only to know something how, when, what like curiosity and does not want to in it but mind focus. What should be done..

It seems to be generalized anxiety disorder. The causes are different. We need to rule out the cause. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine if required.
