I just had a break up 4 days back.. We are talking with each other and pretending to grow our relation as good friends.. I don't know what he went through but I'm literally mentally devastated.. I had turned to be quite since then.. I'm unable to express what I'm going through.. I have developed headache, vomiting and when I think regarding this I usually gets heavy hearted..I'm someone who usually cries whenever I gets frustrated but time I don't know why but I'm not crying rather I should say tears are not coming..Maybe my one step could correctify everything but I had done this several times back, I had approached everytime.. And this time i don't want to get hurt anymore.. Help me wi any medicine to overcome this situation or suggestions!
