Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. You’ve taken the first step in resolving your concern and I appreciate your decision to reach out for help.
Negativity, self-doubt and anxiety, facing all at once can be overwhelming and tough to manage. Anxiety is a state of anticipation/worry that’ll make you restless and uncomfortable and it always keeps you on edge. Anxiety, in general, could be because of low self-esteem or self doubt - that is, not able to believe in oneself can lead to fear, tension and anxious feelings. Negativity that is related to self-doubts can be a reason for anxiety, likewise it can also be a result of anxiety and it affects your peace of mind. These concerns are quite common and I could navigate you through some of the ways to manage it.

Hey :) It sounds like you are going through a lot. It is possible that these feelings have come up along with the pandemic and the lockdown. This has generally been a very difficult period for everyone, physically, mentally and emotionally. But many people do not acknowledge it or do not want to deal with it. In fact, I have been so overwhelmed with everything that is going on in the world and in my own personal life. I am so glad that you have not only acknowledged these feelings of self-doubt and anxiety but have also decided to seek help for it. So give yourself a pat on the back!
Next Steps
Talking to a qualified psychologist or a counsellor will really help you. They will help you identify the source of these feelings and will also help you figure out ways to cope/deal with it. And more than anything, talking to a complete stranger will offer you a new perspective and might just feel like the weight on your shoulders has been lifted. In addition to talking to a therapist, you could also try maintaining a journal or talking to a trusted friend/family member (if that option is available) or you could join a support group for people dealing with similar concerns. This will make you feel like you are not alone, will help you find/make new friends and will also provide you with a fresh perspective.
It’s good to hear that you are clear about taking counselling . The counselor will help you learn mind management . This will help you change your perspective about your self and the Enviornment
