I have a lot of problems.. related to my rship and career.. also im not able to get over a lot of things in my past. I am easily affected by critism and i hold on to things for long. I need counselling from someone who can continue counselling for more time as i feel i have a lot to talk about. Someone who can convince me and understand my situation and give me a solution.

I have seen many clients who also go through what you are going through. You need DBT support group and someone to help you Validate your emotions. The emotions you go through are genuine and people need to understand that. If you are feeling guilty after an event, then it could be because you weren't able to control your emotions.
