Hi, i am 32, weight 52-53. It keeps revolving 50 to 53, three years ago suffered from stomach infection, went long and loosed around 20 kg from 70 to 50 even below that. Still after 3 years gained around 3 kgs.
Hunger is normal, diet take normal, egg allergy i observed few months back so i stopped that had tinnitus from 2 plus years.
What should i do to gain weight and maintain health but don't want to go for medicines.
