Capping a tooth is decided by the size of the tooth , its relation with the opposing tooth and it's functionality.
Wisdom tooth usually doesn't function in chewing, and if you are not having any food lodgement or discomfort you can avoid capping, the tooth is already saved.
Next Steps
if it's chipping off or food lodgement is there, then get it clinically checked and let the dentist decide about the pros and cons
Health Tips
you can floss and avoid chewing hard on the same side. capping is an accessory, though extremely important for root canal treated teeth that are in function, but not a necessity if situation is favourable.

Hello , you can always get a crown /cap fixed on your RCT teeth however, a through check up should be done to see the status of the RCT tooth. Also generally in today's day rarely we do RCT for a wisdom tooth for couple of reasons :
1)it's you'd last molar and it doesn't really help you in chewing food .
2)wisdom tooth is like a vestigial organ (present but of no use) .
3) cleaning in that area is relatively poor because of the location of the tooth .
But if the opposing wisdom tooth is present and meets the antagonist then it's wise option to save the tooth.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist nearby and get a X-ray done followed by crown .
